"CMS Service Online", in the version reserved to registered users, uses the camera of the mobile device to get pictures of the CNC machine for which the customer requires a technical support. The pictures taken are not forwarded to any server: these pictures are attached to the email message that is sent to our After-Sales Service, so that to further illustrate the malfunctioning ot the equipment and contribute to the problem solving.

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
